The prescribed qualifications of the expected contributors have excluded those can and might “think outside the box”.
This means that from the “get go”, the intention is to produce yet another academic work for the shelf. That in itself seems to be the intention of “neocolonialism”. I dare to assert that you cannot win by playing by “their rules”. Simply put, this migration is by those who have abundant resources but don’t know or can’t process them for their use towards where those who have much less resources but know how to process and use other people’s opportunities. It therefore is a mindset process in the solid grip of the rule makers.
