Suspected youths and women from various communities have stolen and vandalised facilities in the multi-billion naira Niger Delta Amnesty Basic Skills Vocational Training Centre in Kaiama, Bayelsa state, GbaramatuVoice reports.
The Amnesty vocational training center which was just commissioned on the 14th February, 2019 by the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs, Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo, to train youths of the Niger Delta as part of the Amnesty program by the federal government.
The properties looted raging from Plasma Television, generators, refrigerators, welding machines, computers, air conditioners, and other materials worth billions of naira.

This is a monumental fraud from all actors and must be properly investigated by the state and federal government, how can defenceless civilians over power a fortified security guards of the PAP and what efforts did the PAP put in place to deter vandals? why did it take the old and young women and youths more than 4 days to steadily vadalize a Federal government outfit with ZERO resistance from the office if such is not a design for an obvious coverup of FRAUD????? it would have been better that they (PAP) just set the entire building and facilities ablaze and call it arson or sabotage than make mockery of our collective intelligence as a people from the region.
Kuku did so much to create such an edifice and planned a better skill center for our people but what we seeing now is share wickedness and absolute rascality on the part of the present managers of the PAP….God is watching and all involved in this FRAUD shall and must be brought to justice at the right time
