A group under the aegis of the 21st century youths of Niger Delta and Agitators with Conscience ) 21st CYNDAC  has passed a vote of confidence in the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Samuel Ogbuku for what it described as his developmental strides and tireless efforts to maintain the existing peace and tranquillity in the Niger Delta region.

In a statement by the leader of the 21st century youths of the 21st CYNDAC, Izon Ebi, said that in his few months in office, Ogbuku has demonstrated exceptional leadership, charisma, and capacity as a true leader who loves his people and the Niger Delta region, adding that his vision to light up the Niger Delta communities has truly exposed criminality and artisan refineries  in the communities which has shown that he is in line with President Bola Tinubu’s vision of renewed hope.

The group has condemned in very strong terms,  the unfortunate and devilish killing of the 17 soldiers in okuama community and  also the killing of police men in ughelli Delta state as they send their condolences to the families affected.

The statement read, “The 21st century youths of the Niger Delta and Agitators with Conscience  (21st CYNDAC) commend the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission  (NDDC) Mr Samuel Ogbuku for his developmental strides and tireless efforts to maintain the existing peace and tranquility in the Niger Delta region.

“In his few months in office,  he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, charisma,  and capacity as a true leader who loves his people and the Niger Delta region. “We therefore pass a vote of confidence and reward him as the best,  focused and performing leader from  the  Niger  Delta region, in president Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s renewed hope administration of our country Nigeria. For the first time in the NDDC,  we are bold to say that we are proud as Niger Deltans,  and that we have a leader that knows what the people of Niger Delta want.

“We also use this medium to commend the management team and the staff of the commission for keying into the vision of Mr Samuel Ogbuku for the NDDC and the Niger Delta region.  For the first time in the history of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC),  there is no in-fighting, but tireless working for the people of the Niger Delta. 

“We also use this medium to condemn the unfortunate and devilish killing of the 17 soldiers in okuama community and  also the killing of police men in ughelli Delta state. We sincerely send our condolences to the families affected. We are more hopeful since Mr Samuel Ogbuku assumed office as the MD of NDDC.  Every right thinking and progressive minded Niger Delta youth is keying into the vision of Mr Samuel Ogbuku and his team for the Niger Delta because he shares Mr president’s dream for the Niger Delta region and its people.

“We therefore advise our youths to renew there mindset and key into the vision of Mr president, since one of our own who is from the grassroots, is in charge and in line with Mr president’s vision for the Niger Delta.”(VANGUARD NEWS)
